Instructions
for Customers outside of USA
To
order beverage dispensers or parts, please follow the steps
below:
1- E-mail
the list of parts using part numbers from the exploded diagram
or from the shopping cart www.shop.partsguru.com.
2- Include
complete ship to address with contact phone
number.
3- You
will receive Proforma invoice via e-mail showing the cost of
items purchased and shipping charges. The shipping charges do
not include local taxes and customs
duty.
4- We
accept Pay Pal. Our account I.D is
“granite@rcn.com”.
5- Payment
can also be made by Visa and Master cards. The credit card
information can be faxed to our Fax # 215-361-7434. The credit
card information can also be e-mailed, split in three separate
e-mails.
1st
e-mail: 12 digits of the credit card.
2nd
e-mail: last four digits and expiration date of the
card
3rd
e-mail with name of card holder, 3-digit security pin number
and the billing address.
6- We
prefer to use International Courier service. We prefer TNT
courier as their rates are lower than UPS and FedEx or DHL and
the packages can be tracked for status.
Air
Post parcel service will be used at the request of customers.
The delivery of the post parcels cannot be tracked. We do not
guarantee delivery information or follow up the status of
parcels.
In
the case of claims, we will provide information that may be
required only to file claims. We cannot file or follow up
claims.
Parts
ordered with wrong information supplied, will be replaced.
Additional shipping charges will apply.
If a
part was shipped due to our mistake, we will replace the part
without additional shipping charge.
